About The Event

The U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights has opened a Title IX investigation into Buncombe County Schools regarding allegations involving access to girls’ restroom facilities.

That makes this Coffee & Conversation especially timely.

Join us Saturday, June 20, as we welcome Kim Poteat, Chair of Moms for Liberty Buncombe County, for an important discussion about student privacy, parental rights, transparency, and accountability in our public schools.

Parents, grandparents, and concerned citizens are encouraged to attend.
