JIM FULTON

Jim Fulton serves as Chairman of the Buncombe County Republican Party, where he is focused on building a stronger grassroots organization through precinct development, volunteer engagement, and leadership recruitment. Previously serving as Deputy Chair for Precinct Development and Operations, Jim helped triple the number of active precinct chairs in Buncombe County, creating a stronger foundation for Republican success across the county.

Professionally, Jim brings decades of experience in project management, operations, technology, and organizational leadership. Throughout his career, he has led complex projects, managed cross-functional teams, and developed strategic solutions for large organizations. His combination of operational expertise and passion for grassroots activism makes him a strong advocate for building effective organizations from the ground up.
