ROGER KUMPF

Roger Kumpf has worked full-time in politics since 2012, bringing over a decade of experience in campaign strategy, constituent relations, and legislative operations. He began his political career as the NCGOP/RNC Field Director in Asheville during the pivotal 2012 election cycle. From 2013 to 2023, Roger served on the congressional staff of a senior member of the U.S. House of Representatives, taking on a variety of roles that deepened his understanding of both district-level and national policy work. With a proven record of commitment to conservative principles, Roger is now focused on supporting the full slate of Republican candidates heading into the 2026 election cycle as Chairman of the Buncombe County Republican Party.
